So I have found myself in the worst situations these past 2 weeks. I have been feeling so disconnected and not myself. 

I truly do believe everything happens for a reason and all though I am not religious I do believe in energy.

Thus bringing me to a spiritual awakening.

I decided to start doing some research on energy and the way us as humans feed off each other and how things around us effect the way we are and the things we do and I found the answer to all these coincidences I have found myself in.

So Feb 2014 Mercury is in Retrograde. 

The moon, sun and other planets have a huge impact on our lives. The push and pull of energy in our atmosphere can take a huge toll on us.

Mercury’s pull and energy influences our communication, clear thinking, truth and sense of travel. SO when it goes Retrograde we expirience a HUGE shift in these areas.

You may find yourself lost in your thoughts or fighting over nothing or just disconnected. Just remember this is also a time that brings much reflection.

Slow down, have gratitude.

Breathe, this too shall pass.
